Dennis Meador is the CEO and Founder and is dedicated to bringing turnkey podcasting solutions to professionals across the United States, particularly attorneys. With over 20 years of experience in marketing for the legal profession, he is passionate about helping attorneys engage more clients and establish themselves as authorities in their specific areas of practice.
His entrepreneurial spirit has been evident since his teenage years, when he built his first business at just 14, selling snow shoveling, lawn mowing, or paper route jobs while his team did the work. This knack for business continued throughout his career, where he successfully grew three companies from under $1 million in revenue to over $3-5 million within just 1-3 years.
His background is rooted in business and podcasting. In 2019, he had a successful podcast focusing on food, music, and life in Austin, TX. This experience gave him a unique perspective as he created high-quality podcasts. Now, he combines these passions to offer innovative solutions for legal professionals.
Initially an Air Force brat who moved frequently, he eventually settled in Iowa for some of his childhood and most of his teenage years. He attended college in Ohio and later moved to Tulsa, OK, before making Austin, TX, his home. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and chatting with his three grown children—Joe, Kai, and Isabella. He also enjoys traveling, snorkeling, and making BBQ on his smoker—The Notorious P.I.T.

Ben Buono got his start in the sales world at Web.com, where he eventually would meet Dennis Meador, The Legal Podcast Network’s founder. After Web, Ben took on more sales jobs until eventually landing in the Solar Industry. In the span of 1 year, he went from appointment setter to sales leader to district manager until eventually being asked to be the Vice President of a solar startup. This would become a monumental achievement that would lead to him eventually starting his own web design business, Velvet Letters Web Design, where he ended up finding legal representation because of a podcast he was on. Turned out to be The Legal Podcast Network and Ben contacted Dennis to officially join his team as a Show Coordinator in hopes to help attorneys reach others like him who need representation but don’t even know where to begin.
Outside of work, Ben is an avid musician. He led his band to play music festivals, appear in the movie Tonic, and continues to make and release music to this day.

Carlos is passionate about radio. For the past six years, he’s been hosting, producing, and managing podcasts on a variety of topics—from the history of El Salvador, where he lives, to metabolism (though unfortunately, he still hasn’t committed to exercising!).
One of his most rewarding experiences has been reuniting his three best friends from university—one in Kyiv, another in Seattle, one in Bogotá, and himself in El Salvador—to create a podcast where the four of them recapture the chemistry they once had doing radio together.
In addition to podcasting, Carlos is an experienced communications specialist who has focused his career on helping both public and private sector organizations and companies share their achievements more effectively and thus reaching a broader audience and more clients. Thanks to strategies he developed, 14,000 young people have landed their first job, and over 400 companies have increased their sales and grown their workforce. Since 2013, he has run his own communications firm.
